The concierge helped deliver bags, and also arrange airport transportation for us. There are shops in the bottom of the hotel that make great gifts and it is convenient to the subway. The breakfast was delicious. "The staff at the lobby was amazing! There were plenty of them to help us check in two rooms for 6 family members and 13 pieces of luggage! The onsite restaurants were a bonus especially traveling with elderly parents and a large group. Thomas, one of the bell staff, was very helpful in directing us to the correct trains for a day trip to Kyoto and shopping Osaka! Also, housekeeping was super-fast at responding to our requests! We highly recommend this hotel if you are visiting Osaka!"

"Arrived and part automated/part staffed system for baggage storage collection and check in was frustrating. Resolved collecting baggage storage but then sent by staff through whole queuing again as Expedia bookings did not register/exist on check in screen then no staff available to support with on screen issues and when finally did had to arranged a manual check in on radio after proving booking made on Expedia. Wasted best part of an hour with inefficiency and when on holiday time wasted is...
